Partner - W. Joe Pickard

(J.D., University of Oklahoma, 2002). Joe joined the firm in 2020 after a successful 16 year civil practice where he represented Defendants in a wide variety of claims. His diverse insurance defense practice has included a large volume of cases involving the defense of physicians and hospitals. In addition to his trial work related to Medical Malpractice claims, Joe has successfully defended numerous Automobile and Trucking liability cases as well as Construction Defect cases at trial. 

Prior to his civil practice, Joe spent two years trying criminal cases as a felony prosecutor at the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office.
