Emily graduated summa cum laude from Oklahoma State University in 2020 with a Bachelors in agricultural sciences & natural resources with a major in agribusiness. Afterward, she went on to graduate summa cum laude from the Oklahoma City University School of Law where she served as editor-in-chief of the Oklahoma City University Law Review. Emily received the Alfred P. Murrah Outstanding Academic Achievement award and seven CALI awards for academic excellence. While in law school, she was also an Academic Fellow for Contracts 1 & 2.

Emily is from Kingfisher, Oklahoma. She has experience working in firms, corporate counsel, and clerking for the Court of Criminal Appeals. She joined Rodolf & Todd in 2023.
