Brandon attended the University of Oklahoma School of Law, graduating in 2000.  Immediately upon graduating he began his career at the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s Office.  In 2002, he returned home to Tulsa after accepting a position at the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office as a prosecutor designated to handle cases involving child abuse and neglect.  He was eventually named as the Director of the Crimes Against Children and Juvenile Divisions of the District Attorney’s Office.  During his time as a prosecutor Brandon tried dozens of cases, including many of Tulsa County’s highest profile homicide and child abuse cases, which is where he sharpened his skills in managing complex medical-legal issues and expert witnesses.

In 2007, Brandon joined Rodolf & Todd.  Since joining the firm, he has successfully defended clients in Oklahoma and Texas.  He has tried and won several cases involving allegations of negligence against physicians, nurses and hospitals.  His practice has expanded to include conducting mediations, the defense of employers in Employment and Labor Law cases and conducting internal investigations for his clients in order to give advice and counsel on issues such as policies and procedures, risk evaluation, risk management and morbidity/mortality issues.
